1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or altered.
- Items returned after 3 days from the delivery date.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing:

4. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a confirmation will be sent.
- As we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made through bank transfer or another agreed method. You will be asked to provide necessary refund details after approval.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
6. Exchange Option
If you prefer an exchange over a refund (for the same product or another item of equal value), please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
